Loading Snail Maze

Accessing Snail Maze on your Sega Master System is easy. The game is stored within the Sega Master System and is built in to the system BIOS. To access the game; start up your system without a game cartridge inserted, while holding up and buttons 1 and 2 simultaneously.

Gameplay

Playing Snail Maze is even simpler. Because let's face it, it's a snail in a maze. It doesn't get much simpler. You control a small orange snail using the Master System's D-pad. The objective is to reach the 'goal' in each maze. The time limits are unforgiving, and become even more so as the levels progress.

Recent Releases

A new version of Snail Maze has been released in 2006 for the Coleco Sonic handheld platform. This version included updated graphics and a new title screen. Along with various other remakes, a port of Snail Maze was created for the MSX platform in 2004.
