NPC in the Harvest Moon/Story of Seasons series. Owner and cook for the Inner Inn in Forget-Me-Not Valley. True to her world-traveling nature, she often takes trips out of town to find new recipes. Name changed to "Lou" in later localizations.
Co-owner and cook of the Inner Inn located in Forget-Me-Not Valley (changed to Forgotten Valley in the remake). Ruby lives with her husband, Tim and adopted son, Rock. Her and Tim used to be world travelers and their inn is filled with various tchotchkes that can be examined.
Her character will share various recipes to the protagonists of both the Wonderful Life series as well as the Friends/More Friends of Mineral Town titles.
